Cinco de MayoFerndale Elementary School's Cinco de Mayo celebration is held each May. Under the direction of Senora McCulloch, event founder and coordinator, around 85 students in K-12 participate in several dances. These feature traditional dances as well as authentic dress and delious food. Our celebration includes a town fiesta featuring a parade on Main Street as well as a school-wide fiesta held on a differnt date.
